A group of Drifters were here for a couple of days from the one of the US Military bases here in Japan. When we saw them they were having fun on the togue track, and here pictured on the School Course.

A great group of 5 lads took us up on our offer of being shown round Ebisu Circuit and stayed up here for a few days. In the short time that they were here, they saw the making of a Drift Tengoku DVD (which they even appear in….. twice!), met Team Oranges’ star drivers and famous cars, and took passenger rides in our 400+ps JZX90 Cresta…..we think they enjoyed themselves!

No sooner had we arrived and we’re greeted to an awesome display from visiting Formula D Driver Calvin Wan. He’s joined on the School course by Circuit manager and Team Orange member Naoto Suenaga, as well as Ebisu’s Sumica-san. All three were within inches of each other and as you would expect some paint was traded, all in the name of fun! All 3 showed great car control and looked very comfortable at these super close-quarters. |
